Archatrak NM Series adjustable-height deck supports offer higher load capacity and greater stability than adjustable pedestals with smaller diameter columns, especially when laying pavers at heights above approx. 16”. A single piece head with a rubber surface and inbuilt spacer tabs ensures superior noise reduction and slip resistance.
In contrast with our Premier Series adjustable deck pedestals which feature a self-levelling head for slope adjustment, NM pedestals are a lower cost, fixed-head design which use add-in head mounted twist rings to provide variable slope compensation, each ring providing compensation up to 1%
Five sizes of pedestals cover the range from 1” to 10 5/8”. Extension elements can be added to the NM5 pedestal to extend the workable height to over 27 ¾”. A top entry height adjustment tool enables quick height adjustment even after the deck has been fully installed.

NM Series Pedestals – Components
Each polypropylene pedestal is pre-assembled with base and concentric screwed columns. The self leveling head is supplied complete with inbuilt spacer tabs and a soft rubber surface to reduce noise transmission.
Five sizes of pedestals cover the range from 1” to 10 5/8”.

A pedestal deck is an elevated deck installed over a solid surface using adjustable deck supports to directly support concrete, porcelain or wood pavers. The adjustable nature of these pedestal paver systems provides a simple rooftop deck solution and deck leveling system that permits a perfectly level deck surface to be created irrespective of the underlying surface which will typically slope in one or more directions for drainage.
Adjustable deck supports allow zero degree, flat decks to be built on rooftops without the need to construct extensive support structures of wood or steel. These outdoor flooring supports also facilitate cost effective retrofit elevated deck installations as the main deck components (pavers and pedestals) are essentially a modular decking system which can be simply transported to the rooftop in a goods elevator.
Because elevated deck installations constructed with a pedestal paver system uses pavers which are not filled with grout but left open, elevated deck installations supported by adjustable deck supports allow water to flow freely off the deck surface though the gaps between the pavers. And since the deck supports are basically columns placed at defined intervals over the rooftop, they won’t obstruct or influence the drainage in any way.

Possibly the best synthetic turf rooftop deck solution is to lay the turf on large FRP grating panels supported by adjustable deck supports. The FRP panels in conjunction with the pedestal deck leveling system provide a very stable and level surface with excellent drainage.
