Depending on the LED power rating, SBL bollard lights can operate for more than five days without direct sunlight. Select models are configured to recharge on ambient irradiation alone, making them a workable option for tree-lined pathways or locations with extended overcast periods.

Yes. SBL bollard lights are IP68 certified to depths of 10 feet and are regularly installed in areas subject to tidal flooding and storm surge. The fully sealed housing and marine-grade aluminum construction mean they continue operating normally after submersion.

They are used across boardwalks, marina promenades, coastal pathways, pedestrian docks, fishing piers, and park trails. They are equally practical for any pathway project where running conduit or connecting to grid power is impractical or disruptive to existing decking or landscaping.

FRP grating panels are typically secured to wood or steel dock framing using stainless steel hold-down clips or fasteners. Panels are commonly supplied in 4′ x 8′ sections and can be cut on site to fit irregular dock layouts.
