Stackable rubber pads for low height rooftop decks and easy patio resurfacing with porcelain pavers.
Archatrak stackable rubber support pads provide the most convenient and lowest cost means of laying porcelain pavers over existing hard surfaces such as patios without adhesives or grout. Floating decks with pavers supported by rubber pads are much more cost effective than mortar set installations and guarantee perfectly level deck surfaces on sloping substrates by stacking the pads to build up the height
On rooftop and balcony floor installations, they offer the best and most cost-effective option for laying porcelain or concrete pavers at the lowest elevations before adjustable height pedestals can be employed. (normally around 1” – 1 ½”).

Components & Installation
Stackable Rubber Support Pads
Pads are stacked to build up to the required height, normally to a maximum of approx. 1”- 1 ½” when adjustable height Prime or NM plastic pedestals become a more cost-effective option.
LGH2 shims are used for fine height adjustment, either using the complete shim or cut segments.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions about fixed height support pads and pedestal paver installations.
Archatrak fixed-height paver pads are specifically designed for supporting pavers up to an elevation of 1” – 1 ½”, beyond which adjustable height pedestals can be used. At very low deck heights, the screwed columns of adjustable pedestals do not have sufficient height range to make them cost effective to use. Conversely it is not cost effective to stack fixed height paver pads beyond about 1 ½”.
Yes, fixed height rubber support pads are designed to withstand various environmental conditions. Their all-rubber construction ensures durability against moisture, temperature fluctuations, and UV exposure. This resilience makes them suitable for outdoor applications, including areas with harsh weather.
Generally speaking, Archatrak fixed-height paver pads can be laid on top of concrete, stone, asphalt and other strong on-grade substates provided that they are flat and stable and that the pads are not placed over uneven joints.
