Overview
Johnson Braund, Inc. worked with Archatrak on the design and construction of a new courtyard at Ovation at Painfield, an affordable senior living community in Everett, Washington. The project includes a 14,000 sq ft elevated courtyard deck designed to provide residents with a durable, accessible outdoor space.
The installation was completed by BC Pavers and features a combination of Riverstone and Slate Nero 2cm porcelain pavers to create visual definition across the courtyard. FRP grating was used to support areas of artificial turf, allowing for effective drainage and stability.
