Overview

This project contains two large decks. One exterior roof deck with great views of Mount Sentinel and the University of Montana Campus, the other is an exposed 3 floor, 10,000 square foot courtyard which features resident amenities like grills, planters, and other outdoor activities.

Archatrak Structural Ipe tiles were used for the former and gives the space a rustic feel while enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The courtyard features Archatrak Bluestone porcelain pavers supported by Archatrak NM pedestal deck supports.
