Archatrak Receives ICPI Award for Arizona Swimming Pool

Located right in the center of Pheonix, AZ’s metropolitan center, Novus Parcel 3B’s buzzing swimming pool deck consists of approximately 2500 square feet of Archatrak Leatherwood 24” x 24” wood look porcelain pavers and Eterno NM screwjack pedestal supports. A combination that resulted in a 1st place award in ICPI’s Swimming Pool category.

This expansive in-ground pool is part of a 355-acre mixed-use development, spearheaded by Arizona State University, in partnership with Catellus Development Corporation, called the Novus Innovation Corridor. A focus on sustainability, walkability and efficiency earned the project a LEED-ND Gold certification, a prestigious honor awarded by U.S. Green Building Council for highly-efficient, cost-saving building projects.
