Overview

CDK Architect and Denman Construction worked to create this spectacular elevated deck, using Archatrak Charcoal 24×24″ pavers accented by 24×24″ Ipe wood deck tiles. Both sit on pedestals and are leveled to obtain a perfectly flat walking surface.

This gorgeous rooftop serves as an outdoor gathering space on the second level of the building. The addition of turf spaces for games, railing side tables overlooking downtown, a fire pit, and Ipe wood planters result in undeniable added value for the owner and the guests that are fortunate to make a stop at this gem of a hotel.
