Located in Walnut Creek, CA, this commercial office complex underwent a multi-terrace renovation aimed at revitalizing aging outdoor spaces that no longer reflected the energy of the property. Working with contractor Urban Waterproofing, existing cracked and weathered concrete surfaces were transformed with Archatrak porcelain pavers, featuring a striking Slate Nero finish that delivers a rich, modern aesthetic far darker than typical paver selections. The result is a series of refreshed office decks and terraces that feel cohesive, contemporary, and aligned with the vibrant character of the workplace environment.
