The 257-unit development includes more than 22,000 square feet of amenity space, highlighted by a rooftop sky deck with an outdoor pool, spa, lounge areas, grilling stations, and expansive views of the city and surrounding desert landscape.
Shepley Bulfinch selected Archatrak pedestal-supported 48″ × 16″ porcelain planks in Nut and Maple for the elevated pool deck. The long-format planks bring the warmth and visual character of wood to the rooftop setting while providing the durability, dimensional stability, and low maintenance required around a heavily used multifamily pool.
