The Martin

Heller Manus Architects worked with Archatrak to redesign the rooftop deck for the Martin apartment building in Sunnyvale, California. The design was to construct a new 4,800 sq/ft rooftop deck for the apartment residents that overlooks the mountains and surrounding area.

The surface of the rooftop deck is supported by Prime adjustable height pedestals. 24’x24′ Crema and Cenere porcelain pavers were used in conjunction to create a stunning and unique surface. This rooftop deck came together for a breathtaking blend of modern design and functionality, creating a space where residents can relax, socialize, and enjoy the views.
