Ovation at Painfield

Johnson Braund, Inc. worked with Archatrak to redesign the courtyard roof deck for the Ovation affordable senior living in Everett, WA. The design was to construct a new 14,000 sq/ft courtyard deck for the residents to enjoy time outdoors. The installation was carried out by the talented crew at BC Pavers.

Riverstone and Slate Nero porcelain pavers were used in conjunction to create a stunning and unique surface, while FRP grating supports the turf. This courtyard deck came together for a breathtaking blend of different styles, creating an inviting space that residents can use and enjoy.
