Deck Support Pads – Fixed Height

Stackable rubber support pads are an innovative and cost-effective solution for laying porcelain pavers over existing concrete surfaces. Unlike traditional methods that require adhesives or grout, these fixed-height paver pads offer a simple, non-invasive installation process. They are particularly beneficial for achieving low-elevation installations on elevated rooftops, providing a stable base before adjustable height pedestals are necessary.

The solid rubber construction of these fixed deck supports offers multiple advantages over plastic alternatives. Not only do they provide superior sound absorption, but they also deliver enhanced shock protection and slip resistance. This ensures a more secure and durable connection between the pavers and pads and between the pads and the concrete surface. For added convenience, built-in spacer tabs ensure precise and consistent spacing of pavers, guaranteeing an accurate alignment every time. If adjustments are needed, unwanted spacer tabs can be easily removed using a sharp knife, adding versatility to the installation process.

Our fixed height pads are available in ¼” (ETE-PAD6) and 3/8” (ETE-PAD10) heights. These outdoor flooring pads are designed to accommodate various project requirements. A 1/16” shim (ETE-LGH2) is also available for micro-adjustments, helping to correct slight variations in paver thickness or eliminate rocking. For installations requiring more height, the pads can be stacked to a maximum height of approximately 1 ½”. Beyond this height, adjustable-height pedestals such as Archatrak ‘Prime’ NM, or ‘Incendio’ non-combustible steel pedestals are recommended. Pads are typically stacked to a maximum height of 1 ½”. However, if you need more elevation, Archatrak ‘Prime’ NM or ‘Incendio’ non-combustible steel pedestals can be used to build deck heights up to 30” or more.
