Mercantile Residence Inn

CDK Architect and Denman Construction did a fantastic job with this project, using Archatrak Charcoal color 24×24″ pavers accented by 24×24″ Ipe pavers, both set on pedestals and leveled to obtain a perfectly flat walking surface.

This gorgeous rooftop serves as an outdoor gathering space on the second level of the building. The addition of turf spaces for games, railing side tables overlooking downtown, a fire pit, and Ipe wood planters result in undeniable added value for the owner and the guests that are fortunate to make a stop at this gem of a hotel.
